About Us
Hyde Park Medical Group was founded by Mr. Nicholas Jaye and Dr. George Lazarashvili in 2008. Mr. Jaye's father suffered neglect from a care worker which led to his death. The company's intention is to provide a reliable care service and to increase the standards of care workers so that others do not have to suffer the same kind of loss.
The company started out as a domestic services agency but since then has grown rapidly. There are now 3 other services the company offers:
Hyde Park Medical Group's charity service aims to make significant impacts were they are needed most. We are in the process of organising international medical conferences so that new procedures and treatments are taught to less developed countries around the world.
Nicholas Jaye, Managing Director
Thirty years experience in business management. He decided to go into the business because his own shortcomings with the healthcare industry lead to his Father’s death. Now Nick Jaye has channelled his management experience, along with the experience of organizing and arranging care for his own Father, to build up and run a healthcare agency.
"We provide a flexible service that can bend to any requirements you may have. Our company is small enough to offer a warm and familiar service but is also big enough to provide support for your every need. By choosing our company we acknowledge that you are placing your trust in us, we will try our absolute best to never let you down.”
Dr. George Lazarashvili, Medical Director, Associate Professor, Master of Medical Science
Dr. George graduated Tbilisi, Georgia as a General Practitioner Doctor in 1999. After practising for a few years, he moved to London to study Healthcare Management. In 2008 he received a Masters in Medical Science and achieved Associate Professorship. During all the years George spent studying he worked as a care worker.
“During my university studies I used to work part-time as a carer. I was witness to poor care standards repeatedly and was shocked to see how little some care workers actually cared. This experience has left me able to identify carers who take pride in their work, who are kind hearted and who will go the extra mile to make someone feel comfortable, secure and happy. For this reason, I personally interview every new carer applying for registration with our company.”
