Hourly

This is for a minimum of 3 hours per visit and is available at any time during the day (8:00am – 10:00pm).

Night Time Care

Category 1 

This category of care is for clients who only require someone to be there when they go to sleep but will not require assistance during the night. The rates are reduced because the carer is allowed to sleep for most of the night and just be there for emergencies.

Category 2

If clients require a lot of assistance throughout the night and will therefore need the carer to wake up 3 or more times, then this category would be most suitable.

Category 3

This category is for clients who require constant supervision throughout the night and would like the carer to stay awake the whole time. This is charged as an hourly rate and is for a minimum of 10 hours.

Constant cover

Live-in Care

A carer will move into the clients house so that they can be there whenever the client needs them.

24 hour care

This is our highest level of service and is for clients who require constant attention and supervision 24 hours a day. In order to ensure you have continuous cover, we will break up the 24 hours into different shifts for different carers.
